When you sign up for PathAI, we collect your name, email address, country, age range, and language preference. During your conversations with PathAI, your messages are stored to provide continuity in your career guidance journey. We also collect usage data like session times and feature interactions to improve the product.
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve PathAI's career guidance service. We use your profile information to personalize AI responses to your specific country, age, and language. Your conversation history helps PathAI remember your journey and give more relevant advice. We never sell your data to third parties.
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Your conversations and profile data are encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security practices including row-level security on all database tables. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay — we never store your card details.
PathAI uses the following third-party services: Supabase for database and authentication, Anthropic for AI responses, Razorpay for payment processing, and Resend for transactional emails. Each of these services has their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly from the Profile page inside PathAI, which will permanently remove all your data. You can also contact us at the email below to request a data export or ask any privacy-related questions.
PathAI uses essential cookies only — specifically authentication cookies from Supabase to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, though this will log you out of the app.
PathAI is accessible to users under 18 but requires parent or guardian consent during onboarding for users under 15. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of PathAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
